Antifreeze in tires?

I recently thought of the idea of filling my tires for my 312 with biodegradable antifreeze but then wondered if it will help the tire to dry rot? Has anyone tried this before or have any input my other option is to put in tubes and fill them instead to kinda make like a water jacket thing.
