What do you guys do about vibration when the tractor is running?

Hey guys, what do you do about the vibration from the engine. Was there something in place from the factory that combatted it? Both my 308 and 312 have significant vibration when the engine is running. It’s almost like something is slightly unbalanced. I have looked at anti vibration pads, and checked the mounts to see if it was supposed to have some sort of dampening. Thanks! -
I’m looking for wheel horse tractors for sale or for parts in the Eastern Nebraska or western Iowa area. Preferably 8 speed manuals. Pm me or comment with what you have. The worst I could say is it’s out of my price or distance range. Edit: engine is not important, it’s going to get an engine swap. Thanks, John
