    For what it’s worth, I bought the wheelhorsepartsandmore hitch and have yet to install it but it has the supports that go down to the hitch pin that you are seeking. The pin actually has to go through it. Looks really well built. My only complaint is that they do not send you the 2 square decals they advertise in the pic on their site, of course minor overall.

    I've looked at their's and really want the one in the picture because it has the arms that go down to the cross bar in the hitch.
