With the rain, and the fact that I was busy all the time, I didn't get many pictures. Thanks to my grandson Mason for being my right-hand man at the show. And thanks to everyone who came by to help make this one of the most successful selling shows for me in 13 years.

This kid… she really lucked out this Big Show. Not only did Jeremy @p38js cut her a screaming deal on his awesome 875 project, he gave her this GT14 basket case project! Yes, there are the components for a 3 point lift. Yes, there are hard to find ag tires. Yes, there is a GT14 air cleaner snorkel. Yes, I have a TON of extra parts to put a GT14 together! Yes, the hood has the hinge kit that none of mine ever had . Yes, there is @19richie66’s old Skittles transmission! Any thoughts on what’s up with it Richie? Anything to know about? Like the 875 project, this may take a while. I’m thrilled and honored that one of my kids was chosen to carry the torch for these tractors!

Getting ready to leave Thursday am. C81 Referb Nice Crowd even with the rain Some stuff Waiting to see Bill, raining cats and dogs, TJ is excited. Made it to Bill and took a selfy. I really liked this machine. Come on Pap let me drive. And he did. Ice Cream Social.....Yes and I had some root-beer in the cooler mine was a float. Ice Cream, phone and show TJ loves the movies so Flash and Batman showed up Thursday night.

I have been working on this Raider 10 /12- Service engine is now. since early spring. It has been a head scratcher many times. Had a good friend here do the original carb for me. { will chime in if he likes to.} Because I do not do small parts anymore. Always dropping them. But know it is a good worker. Today was my last day of vacation so I took the opportunity to install the 520 wheels with Carlisle AG's that I bought from Scott at the Big Show, and put them on the 1991 312-8 that I bought new in April 1991. Over the years I have upgraded the tractor with a M14 Kohler, 8" front wheels and tires, an high back seat from Northern Tool, and a rear lift for tiller use. Jay made a stainless steel muffler heat shield, and the rear wheel weights you see here are from my Grandfather's Simplicity two wheel walk behind garden tractor that he bought new back in the 1950's. I hope you like what I did today and what I've done to the tractor so far. Also one more pic of the 753 (next to my 2500HD Silverado) that I bought from John's Dad (Paul) last year. I enjoy seeing that little 753 next to my lifted truck with 20" wheels LOL

And who could not enjoy this masterpiece by @BOB ELLISON! This rode on the bed in the camper on the way home!

@OldWorkHorse Steve and his other half Ariel stopped by tonight to do some tractuh stuff swapping. He brought me the rye in another thread, a frame with a 6 speed attached, and a huge Bolens plow. The rye is for Bear 🐻. The 6 speed is for BBT. They left with a pile of tools given to me by a family friend, a pile of Wheelhorse parts, a tractor, and a belly full of delicious BBT made tortellini soup. Sweet.

Doesn't take long to mess up a 2 foot square area!

This might take a while to complete, but it’s good to get an idea of where we are going with it. Jeremy told us that one of the rear Carlisle Tru Power tires was leaking down slowly. We broke it down and bead sealed both lips. It’s set at 15 psi and we’ll check back in a while on that. We got to thinking and planning, while putting stuff away. Swept front axle with gear reduction steering, 10” rear wheels and hubs up front, and these 23x11-10 Dunlops from a Kawasaki Mule. When assembling the hubs for the spindles, we should be able to determine an appropriate backspacing if you will, for the track width front to rear. I also wonder if the air cleaner housing can be sectioned narrower and stuffed under the hood. We will measure the air cleaner assembly, set a block atop the carb, and attempt to shut the hood. Even if it needs to be used to help mount a snorkel, so be it.

From a 1938 Montgomery Ward catalog. Not the same size but probably replaced wooden spoke wheels. The 3/4 hp model has tiller steering.

A couple more cool bits…. I like the key chain. The Jim Kemp stack was planned to find a second for the dual exhaust.

Shouldn’t have any issues. Honestly it is almost the same hydro as a D series and they ran 20hp through those plus way more weight of the tractor itself. Should make for a nice cruiser.

me? Specs? Naw. I know Jeremy did tons of research and practically the same hydro was used in C160s of the next era. I don’t really think this’ll ever get much work, maybe tow a cart or putz around at shows…

Don't forget that all us children like pictures!

If you have a regular tab style hitch you can just grab a bolt with an eyelet or use a clevis pin, either with a hairpin through the bottom or with a locking bar around it. Lots of things will work.

The factory worries about how the out side of the rim will look. The customer will rarely ever see the inside of the rim. The outside of the rim is always painted nice with ample thickness of paint. The inside of the rim barely gets much more than over spray.

Definitely my favorite buy from the big show. spent some time waxing it tonight.

But please, whatever you do, don't call him late for supper. That boy loves to eat!!!

Installed AG's all the way around on the 753 I bought from Paul Dicken at The Big Show 2022 I've had the rear wheels and Carlisle's for several years (bought them at the big show), the front wheels and matching Carlisle's I bought Thursday at the Big show from a guy named Randy. Thank you Randy if you read this. Next upgrade will be a stack and a flippy cap. Not sure if I want to do wheel weights or not. This is just a ride around tractor.

Have a tractor model and seral number? Would like to look at an illustrated parts list.

Getting it put back together. Got the frame painted up as well.

Kevin, it’s been a while since I have seen that transmission but I believe it had issues moving. I had drove it around before I bought it but when it warms up I think it loses ability. Don’t hold me to that. That’s why Jeremy ended up with it

When you drain the Unidrive, to get ALL the liquid out, you need to raise the front end at least a foot to allow the oil to get over the hump on the bottom.... Raise it by the frame, NOT the front axle - that wat you can PROPERLY lube the grease fittings while waiting for it to drain completely. A half gallon of diesel fuel is all you need, works wonders. I did a bench setup to flush last year... worked well.

Yesterday me and the big guy went and picked me up a go kart I realized I should have used our big tilt trailer

Ol' Roy here has been on a back burner for years, took him for his first ride today. Need to to a bit of adjusting on the hydro linkages. But overall it's good.
