96 185hrs choice of 48"deck or a 42"rear almost a new tractor serviced weights don't go with it

Wheel Horse D-180 with Ark loader Year 1975 Model 1-0612 Serial No. 139794 Engine Kohler K4825-35222B 18HP Drive Sunstrand 90-1137 Purchased in 2014, used for a while and then laid up in a shed since about 2016. Has not been run since then and drive hydraulic fluid likely all leaked out. Photos from before it was laid up. Accessories Ark loader. Rear weight box but not original support arms. Rear wheel weights. Rear wheel chains. Work done Changed hydraulic fluid for loader. Replaced leaking loader hydraulic lines. Replaced mufflers. Rebuilt steering box. Replaced front wheel and spindle bearings. Made up support arms for weight box. Issues When last started, finicky to start. Transmission loses power after being run for a while. Tires are checked and when last run, leak but would hold air long enough to work for a day. One rear tire presently flat and unsure whether it will hold air.
