7 pointsI love this air shroud on a K241 I’ve got. Post up pictures, if you have PO repairs that were so wrong they were right!

7 pointsI measured a few days ago I have to clear driveway for 1,208 feet. Figure about 12ft wide (to allow for room for next snow fall) and a section in front of the shop about 100 feet that I have to clear about 35 ft wide (to turn truck into shop). That part is a lot of back and forth. So it has been all hydro for me for several years now . No way i am going back. A bit faster forward and much faster reverse. More efficient for the snow blower as I can vary speeds better to keep it full but not choking....

7 pointsNot beautiful by any means (nor finished), but my work-in-progress "Lady Ranger". Started life as a '62 Lawn Ranger

7 pointsSince my raider is finally up and running, It's time to show you my pull behind grader blade in action. That has been long overdue. I still need some practice, but it works pretty good. the blade can be angled. It has a lowering limit you can adjust apart from the multiple height positions. 5 pointsI'm knit picking everything before I start it was told it ran 3 years ago. . New rear end seals new fuel line cleaned tank fixing a few minor issues on the way. One question .....the lift leaver only has locked in up.position and down. No settings in between????? My 854 has a knob adjuster that i can set the down position where i choose. Am i missing something or is something frozen up on this modle i need to look at. Thanks in advance.

5 pointsHere’s a few lineups of ours. The Senior that Uncle Jim’ driving… it’ll come back home to MI some day, he just doesn’t know when
-
5 pointsBeen there myself…just want to “fix” one thing and before I know it it’s half way disassembled on my garage. But you end up with a better machine in the end as you are finding out.

5 pointsYou "bigger" sure can put a hurt on them things. Imagine how them poor horses feel.

5 pointsToday is Thanksgiving Day in the US, guess you have something to be thankful for too.

4 pointsCurrently working on my C141D. Taking loose one thing resulted in taking off the next thing. and before you know, you are halfway in to a full blown restauration. Here are some things I found apart from bad wheelbearings, leaking seals, etc as I dug deeper in this chassis. Good thing I went over it. Could have lost my clutch and brakes!!

4 pointsAnyone else ever done this? I have read about it several times, and thought I would try it. This is a 2 stage, self propelled, walk behind snow blower. There is about a 3/8" gap between the paddle and the housing. I added a piece of 3"x3"x1/4" belting to make it a snugger fit. It actually rubs a bit in places, but I figure it will wear itself down pretty quickly. It suppose to dramatically improves performance.

4 pointsI'm down to just these 3. The 875 and the 1075. The 856 against the fence I haven't tried to get running yet. I also have a Case 224 that I guess dosnt count. The 875 has a plow mounted on it. Got to have some fun in the winter right???

4 pointsWell… the first “trailer” was a little tykes wagon… circa 2017… sorry no pic… but the first official car of the SL&WHN RR was Christmas 2018… Humble beginnings…
-
4 pointsBusy day in the garage doing repairs and maintenance. Front end hood open type of stuff!
-
4 pointsSnow is in the forecast so time to mount the plow on the truck. Only the foot it sits in collapsed through the plastic pallet it was on. WH to the rescue!

4 points3 flat suburban concrete drives… I have a “zamboni” pattern for each that keeps me going forward a lot of the time… each is about 125’ - 150’ deep and 12’ - 20’ wide… I also clear off the city plow piles from the base of several other drives to help them out… those are full speed single pass jobs…!

4 pointsCertainly easier on both me and the tractor. No clutching. No excessive belt wear. I'm hoping this steed will run well and work out for plowing snow.
-
4 pointsI'd love power steering on this GT-14(I did paint the weight box Regal Red after this pic ): GT-14
-
4 pointsThat model has the most modern hydro trans Wheel Horse used. As long as it was taken care of, you’ll be all set! The rear cylinder is known for getting too hot if not services and cleaned out. As long as grass clippings are non-existent around the engine, you’ll likely be good there too.
-
4 pointsThat's why we use a REAL tractor .... instead of some other brand.
-
4 pointsSeems to work very well. The wheels definitely keep the cut consistent! Well done!

4 pointsThe BBT took her trusty steed Pigpen 867 and the trailer out the forest and got a couple loads of firewood. After that she stacked it, and a few other loads. She's been working on getting paint plopped on the parts I need for my front hub conversion as well.

3 pointsMy 520 is a 93 and it is one of the best built classic horses IMO. It has gear reduction steering, HD spindles/bearings and the Eaton 1100. They are the most refined of the classic designed horses too.
