I have What I Believe to be an Early 90s Wheel Horse 416-H Tractor....16hp Onan Engine...Hydro Trans....Im Listing this as PARTS or REPAIR....It Does Not Run....Has Brand New Carburetor Installed....Was Told it has Engine Trouble....I Dont Know and have No Interest in Finding Out...I Bought it For Some Items That Came With It....Comes with a 42" SnowPlow and Axle Bracket...Included is a Set of Chrome HubCaps....The HubCaps are Decent but I Consider Thaem "Driver Quality" and Not "Show Quality"...The Front Caps are For 8" Wheels NOT 6"....Feel Free to Ask Questions...AS IS....290.00 Takes it All.....NW OHIO...Thanks.
