11 pointsI understand this is quite a big deal for you American chaps. Celebrating the day you kicked us out of your country lol. Imagine if you'd never done it? Cream tea, cricket not baseball, football not soccer, Rugby not that opaque gridiron thing you call football. I'm only kidding, your country's destiny was on a whole different path to ours, maybe we knew we'd need your help in a few world wars later on lol. Enjoy your biggest days of the year and stay well. Mick x

10 pointsOpened a new remote control for my Hunter ceiling fan this morning and found this. Am I not supposed to eat the battery, or not eat before cooking? I'm still confused.

4 pointsThis is the reason I had to leave the Big Show early. The crabbing was good, the fishing was fair, and the relaxing was excellent.

4 pointsWas working on the Case SC earlier, and when I stopped to take a break I happened to look down and notice the brand name on the tires. The rears are CO-OP branded, which is not all that uncommon to find on an old tractor around here. But the two old front tires are what caught my attention. Phillips 66 branded, Never seen nor heard of Phillips branded tires before, but thought they were neat, as my Grandpa worked for Phillips for years before finally retiring from ConocoPhillips a few years back. What other odd brands have some of you stumbled across that people may or may not know existed

Let freedom ring from the mighty mountains of New York. Let freedom ring from the heightening Alleghenies of Pennsylvania! Let freedom ring from the snow capped Rockies of Colorado! Let freedom ring from the curvaceous peaks of California! But not only that; let freedom ring from Stone Mountain of Georgia! Let freedom ring from Lookout Mountain of Tennessee! Let freedom ring from every hill and every molehill of Mississippi. From every mountainside, let freedom ring.” – Martin Luther King Jr. Happy Revolution Day

4 pointsGreat!! But don't junk that old coil would be willing to bet it was the plug. Coils fail out right (unusual) or act up when they get hot. You can test them.

4 pointsThe sad thing is that if there's a warning, it means someone HAS done it! In this case I suspect a language issue. They probably meant that there's a choking hazard, and the fire thing is wrong too... unless they translated "ingest" instead of "incinerate" I'm guessing the latter. Still funny though!

4 pointsWith little Skills in Welding and Machining, you can rework a lot of older used Attachements for a Wheelhorse or any other Machine. Some examples? here we go. an old handpush Tiller after little rework It becomes a Wheelhorse Attachement. Or i. Eg an selfmade FEL - yes even made of Aluminum can be done and with a selfmade Shovel you be good to go. also be great for Winter Service two simple rakes and you can degrassed a piece of Field. an old collapsed Pavillion becomes a leightweight Trailer all that is made from old reused Things. this Plow i.eg. Was from a Agri 2 Wheeler. Reworked with a mount and Here we go. Real Wheelhorse Attachements are here hard to get, except the Sailor can organize you a costeffective Transport. Most things can be made at home, with a little knowledge of Steel, but the Base Wheelhorse is a fantastic Machine, because they be greatly dimensioned as basements for such small Development machinery. They be useful, quick Attached and very handsome for quick done Jobs. i also have an iseki, a Brutforce Small Tractor, but i preferr the Wheelhorses, because they be quicker in Attachements. The Iseki (my Beast) needs a little more workarround to be prepared. but also here Attachements can be done like a Pipe and an old 3Point mount becomes a Plowmount Things can be made easy for maximum benefit. so to have them useful also i.eg as a Rearfork. all the things can a so be homemade, it just depends on skills and timeframe you needed it. While i purchased the Iseki before o got my Wheelhorse i also make some Attachements for her. a complete homemade FEL in Steel Or even a Backhoe an idea few parts and.. Things can be made, but even if i get my Wheelhorse 656 after the Iseki, it is still my beloved Machine no doubt. There are nearly no limits.in Attachements, depending if the Machine shall be in original condition or if it can be a little reworked to be close to Original condition. An old sicklebar Pushmower turns into a Hedgemower, what works fantastic. Actually mine was a little modified but be close to original as possible. My Wheelhorse is a fantastic Worker, used allmost daily. with few U- profile Steelpipes i rebuilt a Plowframe, because i can not find here one for a reasonable price. i still have the Original Tecumseh Engine but the complete Engine rebuild kit cost double the price of the Predator here. So i give her a Predator Swap. Left is the Predator with a selfmade Stack, the Right pict is the Original Teccy Engine with a Chomestack. The Plowframe i built can be used twice, once as Snowplow, once as Broom after Hedgemowing. so have Fun and use your Wheelhorse for what you need it.

3 pointsFinnally the last axle bearing came in, 55$ for one bearing. Made myself a bearing installer since I didn't want to risk using the hammer It went in like butter everything nicely cleaned and a new gasket But disaster striked again 'Gently' hammerd the hubs on, but the last hit, I hit a bit to high and blew one piece clean off. Since hubs are impossible to find, we had no other option but to weld her back together. with a 20$ welding rod But this 40kg (90 lbs) tranny is now finnaly done and ready to put back under the Raider 10. My first horse I ever bought but 8 months later and I still haven't driven it. But that is about to change!

3 pointsWell I finally broke down and bought a new battery for my D-250 and like a kid on Christmas I couldn't wait to play with it....however my daughter beat me to it and went for her first ride on a Wheel horse today. Luckily it is stuck in low range and stays at idle lol. She was all smiles and grins and I couldn't have been happier myself seeing how excited she was. Little does she know the RJ I'm restoring is meant for her!

3 pointsI loaded up a couple of the horses this morning so I can help a buddy smooth out some gravel he had hauled around his weekend cabin. It’s already laid down relatively flat but it needs to be smoothed out a bit so between the box blade, a drag, and the roller I should be able to flatten it out pretty nicely for him.

3 pointsNice pic, and I'm sure that teething knob on the steering wheel got some attention...
-
2 pointsCoil got hot. It's possible that wire was still able to fire but it would have increased secondary resistance considerably. Damaging the coil.
