I really liked the Suburban that @Buzz has in his yard and it has been on my list of things to do for awhile now. Had a tree taken down and the stump ground up but I still had a hump in my front yard. Built a small stone wall in a circle where the hump was and installed an RJ! Still needs some tweaking but it definitely has the “look” I wanted. Came without a motor but my neighbor @Docwheelhorse had a rusty little Briggs that he donated to the project that just looks perfect on it. First pic is Buzz’s setup that was my inspiration.

So i dont know if anyone here has heard of Iracing.com before. Its an internet racing simulation that is backed by man nascar drivers and has been televised the last few weeks. This weekend they are doing their final race at the track called north wilksboro that they have not raced at since 1996. The track is abandoned and they recreated recently. The reason i bring this up is Dale Earnhardt Jr posted a 15 min video on recreating it and they were showing quick clips of it and then i spotted a billboard that was pretty cool! So thought id share it Also here is the video to better explain if anyone is interested.

to the Looks like the boys have your questions covered. The C-120 Hydro w/ HH120 Tecumseh was my first Wheel Horse. It ran perfect when I bought it 25+ years ago and still runs perfect today never needing anything. I have probably had 50+ WH tractors since then, but the C-120 is still in the barn.

Solved my 11/16 dia. hole with a 1/2" chuck issue with a phone call to a friend with a machine shop. I'll owe him lunch if the restaurants ever re-open. We will be at our summer place next week (where the horse is), so I should be able to get the hitch at least tacked together and on the horse for a trial fit. Pull start - I tried your method of a sawzall and bi-metal balde to cut a couple of pieces. Must be an acquired skill. It cut ok, but I couldn't make an accurate cut. Looks like I'll go back to my angle grinder with a suicide wheel for the rest of the project. Yes, yes, yes - pictures as things progress. Looks like I'll even have to finally become a supporter.

Hello. I am new to Wheelhorse and new to this forum. I just purchased a completely restored C-120 from Wheel Horse Stables in Harrodsburg, Ky. which is about an hour southwest from my home. This is my first Wheelhorse tractor. I am 70 years old and newly retired after 30 years in pastoral ministry followed by 17 years as a college professor. My wife and I live on a 1 acre lot on the edge of a small town and I bought the Wheel Horse to keep up the yard and do other jobs around the place. My first questions on this forum are: 1. How can I determine the year of production for my Wheelhorse? 2. Where is the best place to find an Operators Manual for this tractor? 3. What does a first time Wheelhorse owner need to know about the C-120 from the git-go? Thank you for your time and I look forward to interacting on this forum in the future. @Sparky Your yard addition looks great! Ours is a little older than a Wheelhorse. We went to visit the neighbors up the hill last fall. They live on what was a working farm. There was the piece below set off to one side.... We dragged it home....

Well, boys...now I've had the lick, I can see that for sure! I must confess, I'm restoring a little 1969 JD model 60 for our youngest grandchild. At 4 years old, it will fit him perfectly. I'm ditching the original Tecumseh and replacing it with a Predator 173cc pull start to keep him from getting on it and turning the key without me around. I hated the Tecumseh anyway and it never would run right...I could not get the governor to work properly. Yep, I guess I'm a man of all colors but look at it this way, isn't it sort of good to have a convert to the color red? (I hope so...boys, don't throw me off and whoever stevasaurus is, I'd appreciate the US Army insignia if possible. Thanks jabelman...you've made me 'fess up! DoctorP

Look what I just managed to buy! This will be the start of the MK2 version to be powered by the wheelhorse Its a PTO unit for a tractor, but it as a lot of the components I need, was very cheap, and the seller is happy to post it to me.

I see that you already found some useful help. I also see that you've met some of the clowns.

I gapped both the brake and the pto clutch disc... then turned the trunnion a bit to. I played around with it again this morning and low and behold... it's cutting grass pretty good now... tho I'm out of taller grasses to really give it a test. With your suggestions and advice... it's doing pretty good... and I think we've got it. I appreciate all your help guys.... thanks a lot. Now to get my new ag tires put on the back.... and I'll be a happy camper....

I'll try to do that, Jim. That Case came to me in two cardboard boxes of parts, a transaxle, broken and bent frame, and 4 tires, 2 of which wouldn't hold air. I really got taken on that deal. i sent a fellow I thought I could trust a check for $600 and a mutual friend brought the boxes of parts, etc. from Maryland and met me in central West Virginia. It was not my best day. Anyway, can I ask you how you put the Navy insignia on your ID? I'd like to put an Army on mine if I could. thanks... DoctorP

My " Library " has a tub a sink and a toilet in it. That room makes me want to light up a cigar and pour myself a glass of bourbon and I dont even smoke or drink. Outstanding

@Achto built a huge favorite of mine. Since your asking what would be my ultimate Catallic of a WH be, I would add an Eaton 1100 Transmission and gear reduction steering. I also though about building an identical frame out of 2" square tubing. That would allow a loader subframe with a quick attach to be a minimal addition.

I kind of have built some of my ultimates... but the ones that bring the most smiles from my ladies are the best! Putt Putt 502, with 8 hp, 8 gears, ‘64 chassis and lately a 10” plow. Frank, Mrs. P’s “1073”
