I can't even say it...but, you know what it is. As beautiful as it is here today...I hear the possibility of s_ _ w is in the forcast for later on this week. Gonna set up this old 1075 hydro today to tackle some of the pushing chores here this winter. What are you using to handle the snow removal chore this winter season?

Still needs fine tuning, remove sharp edges, clean up the overall install and what-not. But it’s back together and I buzzed around the yard a few times. It’s actually a bit more comfy for me now. I’m 6’1” and this mod gave me a bit more leg room

I want to Thank stevasaurus- ebinmaine for helping me with this 12" link set up. I have had many plows but never set up like this. The 12" link was easy to install. I have a pick that says it all with pushing leaves. Nothing left behind. Truly awesome. Just have to put the chains on I will after leaf season. Hope you enjoy the picks.

I'll let you guess what we use down here! LOL. Nice looking setup! No chains? Or do you put them on right before they're needed?

We had 2040 lbs in the box for the early pull and 2000 in the box for the afternoon pull. The track was greasy but I managed to hook up when it came down to the nitty gritty.

Added dually’s to the WHrat WHrecker... Used 12” pvc pipe with a 2” spacer width...12” carriage bolts. Tires are 23x8.5x12.

Trina and I went with our friend this past weekend to a place roughly 17 miles past the asphalt... Big Spencer Mountain around noon. Big Spencer foreground left. Little Spencer in the background on the right. Just beside the setting sun. Big and Little Spencer Mountains lakeside view. Maybe 1/2 hour after sunset. First star of the night in view. It was in the high 20s both mornings. Our spoiled dog... Papa's warm chair... And a jacket... And a blanket.

Picked up a clean 1995 Single Stage, auger has the usual bends, scraper needs to be reversed but did not wear down to the frame. They couldn’t find the flag, so visited @wheelhorseman’s site https://wheelhorsepartsandmore.com to get a new one sent out. Turns really freely, and looks amazing. More pictures when cleaned up and lighter outside. I think this will go on the 310.

Picked up a few parts from a couple of great members here @wallfish and @Chris T . Hmm, what should I do ?

Got one step closer to having a tractor ready for snow plowing. Finished making the parts that I was missing for the pivot arm to work, and sand blasted the plow blade. Then gave every thing 2 coats of self etching primer & 3 coats of paint. Not a show quality paint job, but it should be good enough to keep snow from sticking to the blade. Now that this is done, I'll soon be ready to hang it on the tractor. Then "Bring on some snow!!"

I left it since it has the “tube” for the rear lift cable. My round fenders toolbox didn’t have any provisions for it so I spaced the toolbox up 1/4” to cover the lift cable passage

I know it's getting cold but a couple of weeks ago my neighbor calls me up and says do you want to go sailing. Wow what a great time. Don't have any photos of being on the boat because of wet conditions and couldn't take pictures or videos.

Let me know if don't have any plans for it. It's certainly not something I need, just like those seats.

Look at Mike the chopper go! Looks good. If you don't have a plan for the raw edge, it can be covered with automotive door edge guard

Got out the hydraulic splitter to finish up the last 1/2 or so truck load. Gonna let it dry out out some stacked like this for a couple weeks before I haul it to WV.

Well here she is... I like it! Ended up swapping the new rear tires on this one with my other C 105 due to height difference to get the duallys to ride even.... almost1.5 inches! So the worker gets the new rubber and the WHrat WHrecker gets the old stuff... as it should be! Will be swapping fronts too when I get a chance. Not sure on paint for spacers yet. No paint was sacrificed in the making of this beauty. Not sure I want to break with that standard... Agree though it would look cool! Appreciate everyone’s input. A lot of good advice and expertise!!! Rides quite nice!

Thanks for the complement! And yep, it’s the 657 belt guard. Used it as a template for the cut line.

We name ours to keep them straight because of the number that we do have. I won’t share the stories of why we named them what we did because it would take up a ton of space but those stories are in their individual threads (should you care to look them up—I always put their name in the thread title)... Left to Right: Commanche, JackRabbit, Vader, GhostRider, and RED. Clyde Blackbeard Rusty Clockwise from front: The MULE, CubKub, and Grizzly. the FIVE

I used to teach diversity to new recruits in the police service. One of my favourite little quips was that God just had to be female. Think about it, if God had been a guy he would definitely not have made men walk round with their most prized possessions in a bag made from some spare elbow skin. He would have surely come up with some kind of box with bubble wrap. Always raised a laugh. Mick

I have to give HUGE props once again to my LC buddy @WHX24 Jim for the heat in my shed. My shed is 30’x36’ x 2 stories and quite compartmentalized. We looked at several possibilities but Jim suggested that we install a conventional house furnace and ductwork to circulate air throughout the building evenly. Jim spent several Saturdays last fall and winter to get me set up and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results. I built a platform tall enough to store one of my generators underneath. It also keeps the intake high enough to not draw fumes/vapors into the furnace. Jim is a master at HVAC installs and inspite of having to work around all my junk, he did a great job! He seemed to have a fun time working with my boys—especially Zach! Jim on TV!!!! I don’t know the output of the furnace but it does a great job of keeping the shed heated. Caleb and Judge are sleeping out there tonight even though it will drop down into the twenties...it might not be the right application for everybody but it works great for this. Jim took care of us well, and we can’t be more thankful!!!!

Forgot to ask one obvious question. About how long does this cable need to be. I have part of the old cable left on the blower but I don't know if it's all there. Thanks everyone for the help and especially for there patience. I do truly love this page.

Older Tecumseh engines had a metal tag riveted to the blower housing. Newer ones have the numbers stamped in the top of the blower housing. Newest engines have a plastic tag adhered to the housing. Bob

I have enough trouble on dry land. My idea of sailing is a cruise ship. No blow boating for me. They are nice to watch, especially when someone knows what they are doing.

Thank you gentleman very very much. I have received more help in just one weekend than I have any place else in multiple weeks. Getting better day by day. just have to be patient and keep doing therapy. Once again thank you very much. Now I can use it instead of stacking things on top of it!

That cat brings back memories for me as well When my oldest son was in High school we had a sunfish, then a neighbor gave him an old 16 ft catamaran. He did a lot of work cleaning it up and fixing things. He and I did good with it, but it was too much boat for him to handle by him self when he took his non-sailor friends on
