15 pointsAfter running long lives (1,400 hours each), these horses have never had it so good!
-
10 pointsYour retired s look better than new! I'm retired too, wish I looked better than new .

9 pointsMrs. Pullstart ordered this sign, then something complicated happened and she was charged twice, then two showed up! Because of the order issue, it came this morning. Happy Daddy! I just had to test it out in the shop!

8 pointsThese wild raspberries are growing just across from the back barn, where the Horses are kept. They sure are tasty! We have a few other berry types on the property, but these are my favorite. They’re good by themselves or as jam, but especially on a bowl of French Vanilla ice cream!

7 pointsMy addiction has led me to needing an enclosure for my present and future horses. I will be able to fit 8 in there. With room to spare. I’m tired of seeing them sitting under tarps. It’s going to be nice having them out of the weather. The weather is rough on me today. It’s 93 degrees in Pa right now. Mason found a use use for an old Wheel Horse tire today. I wish I was in the shade like him😊

7 pointsSnagged 5 of these from Terry @Vinylguy at the show ....put one to the test tonight. I’m happy to report that it functions correctly !
-
7 pointsMy wife just loves to plant flowers...all over the yard. Thought I would take some close-up pictures of all the color. These Lilies are just exploding this year.

7 pointsApparently Mike goes a little fruitie tootie with his alcohol too. Suppose he chased that rough stuff down with a nice chilled wine cooler and went to bed a little dizzy at 9pm? Hope your hangover isn't to bad.

6 points@Mows4three @bellevillerod I'm finally getting around to putting the tie rods together for the cinnamon horse. The holes on the steering knuckles are wallowed out a bit like they are on many of our horses. I decided to go to the next size up tie rod which is 7/16. I also decided to change over to heim joints which should tighten things up. For comparison of size the stock tie rod in the picture has a .625 diameter and the new one will have an .875 diameter. Overkill? Maybe. Go big or go home.

6 pointsGot the Husky out this morning because my next-door neighbor called me and said he had some trees down from the last storm on the farm. So I said sure I’ll bring my saw and ran around the corner. When I got there one of the trees was a straight tall Walnut about thirty feet long and about a foot in diameter. I couldn’t resist it I’ve got at least 30 feet of straight 12 inch. Got one word for this.... Bowls!!!! Alot of turnings!

6 pointsHey everyone, I have been teaching my sons about mowing etc... They each ran about 30 circles of our property We Love our tractor. I enjoy the teaching aspect of this. (And no I'm not a teacher)

5 pointsI think cyclops is a fitting name don’t you?😂 I just picked up this little 857 pretty close to the house. The deck needs work, but it runs great with no knocks or smoke. The po mounted the light through the slots in the grill, so no harm no foul. I do need to replace one rear tire. It has a new Carlisle on one side. I’ve got a set of period correct turfs it will likely get. I had missed my 857 that I sold last year and this one will stay with me!! Front wheels don’t seems right - too narrow. But they do have a wheel horse script on them. Any ideas what they are off of?

5 pointsSounds like tha same guy must've been working on this little Techy powered RJ I picked up from Ed Kennell at the show. Was going to try to get it running as is until I discovered this carb nightmare semi attached to that motor. I Decided to just swap rhe whole thing out instead using a K-90 I had just sitting in stock.
-
5 pointsAnd I thought that all you guy's liked warm milk before bedtime, never see much talk about this kind of stuff on here, I was beginning to think I was the only one who liked to partake in an adult beverage at the end of a long day once the Wheelhorse was back in the garage for the night. Might have to try the apple pie.

4 pointsStarted cleaning up my Big Show buy, an 877. It didn't have a seat, I managed to find one there, just had to stretch the vynal back around the seat pan and reglue it. It runs dog-gone good and moves well too. No problem with the hill in my driveway. The next project will be cleaning up and painting the wheels. Then doing the same to the wheel weights l bought there too.

4 pointsWe had some Caz brew Friday evening. I don't really drink during the day Yeah, that's me. Mary Poppins. It's my identical twin that enjoys a few cocktails

4 pointsAs I see it, the main problem with the apparent ratio shown, is the pouring container contents appears to be of approximate or equal the cubic capacity of the receiving vessel. It's much preferable to have the pouring container of much larger capacity, for prolonged user engagement, and dare I say, enjoyment. Eliminates problematic crushing of small glass cull volumes. Its much easier to smash a large bottle into smaller pieces. Helps it integrate into the molten solution in the glass furnace more quickly.

4 pointsNice sign. I wonder if I get a sign it will highlight my abs like that? Don’t answer. I know it won’t. Haven’t seen my abs in 15 yrs😂
-
4 pointsThe "doctor" is in. And yes I tried them out at the show with Terry and the Mrs. and Mr and Mrs Buckrancher. They work just fine
-
3 pointsBought, would be the closest description. Let's just say that a very nice person donated these to my cause.

3 pointsI found something cool to do on a hot 90° plus day . Had to pressure wash the pieces before I brought them in the house. Sure felt good to get wet !!

3 pointsStepney: The 702 short frame has a 42 inch sickle bar that I reworked on it. The 854 has the 50 inch 7-1312 (same basic model as the 7-1311). The 50 operated fine on the 854 but I think a ten or 12 HP motor makes it run better. The 42 inch is better suited for the small frame tractors.

3 pointsMy daughter gave me a mason jar of apple pie moonshine from Tennessee. It works as good as Nyquil and tastes a lot better. The jelly jar has some homemade stuff in it a friend at work makes.

3 pointsOur wild black raspberries were plentiful this year, early to mid June here. I would tell you I love them with chocolate ice cream but since I don't take a picture of everything I eat I guess @AMC RULES figures I'm fasting!

3 pointsDo you have the belt guard on? It acts as a guide to cause slack on the belt so that it will disengage the engine pulley. The little tab sticking out in front of the belt guide is also important and might need to be adjusted. Other possibility is an adjustment needed on the clutch connecting rod. Something is not allowing the belt to disengage. I went through the same thing a month ago, and the belt guard adjustments solved the problem without changing belts. Good luck, Jim

3 pointsI’m a furnace filter away from firing up the A/C! The return trunk needs to be shortened 4.5” too.
-
2 pointsEric, Knowing the plethora of stones, rocks and boulders you have to navigate in your neck of the woods, I applauded your effort to over-engineer a solution for the Cinnamon Steed. I want some, too! Bravo, pal. Dave
-
2 pointsYou're so right Eric, with 40 tractors here now, one would think I've have seen it all.
-
2 pointsRemoved the silly putty from the new 953's fuel pump mounting location to stop oil peeing out. Those front noses in those things are HEAVY!!!
-
2 pointsIt works fine With Pa shine BTY, that clear quart on the right tested at 98.7. That's % not proof and Terrys WH glass held up fine.
-
2 pointsOff the top of my head, I would drill a hole in a piece of steel flat bar (and do this for each busted hole) and tap the holes so the original bolt fits and mount it into the original holes. With the flat bar hanging down below those original holes, drill holes through the flat bar and into the head just below the existing holes. Tap the hole into the head and enlarge the second hole in the flat bar so a bolt fits through it. Basically bolting on a piece to hold the shroud. Maybe one solid piece of steel instead of two separate pieces would allow for another bolt or 2 and nuts to hold the plastic????

2 pointsAmateurs::: the clear stuff in the wine bottles is 180 Proof. One sip of this and all of the germs in your mouth are dead...the tingle is amazing. You can only sip this from a stainless steel vessel...it cracks glass. The Climax is 90 Proof and has an excellent taste of corn. The red wine bottles contain 20 year old heaven...some of the finest stuff I have ever tasted.

2 pointsCaz hooked me up with an apparatus that's been on my to do list to make for a while. It's been too long since boiling some mash so I'm looking forward to get'n back it again. Just another fun little hobby
-
2 pointsOh yeah... I had some a few years back that was a home made concoction. RUGGED. And delicious.
-
2 pointsYes. Yes you are. I like it straight from the freezer, on the rocks. Only had it a couple of times.

2 pointsThose are very good tasting! I've spent many hours picking those so that my dad could make wine with them.
-
2 pointsIf Toro has them for sale they will charge twenty times what they are worth. Your best bet is to run the battery ground directly to the engine block and a #6 ground cable from the block to the frame. Get them at any auto parts store for $ 5.00 or less.
