Her shaft is bent and the rear-end leaks. You can fix er quick with an oily rag. She uses a little oil but outside of that , she's CHERRY . Put a 341 in it . Paint and such don't make it go any better. And besides, From here it looks fine. If you like it now, you will love it with a Kohler. As far as the rest of it? Fix it up on the fly . Wheel Horses like it that way (At least, MINE do.)

You don't actually cremate your mom, you dip the bolt threads in M.O.M. and assemble. The heat will do the rest..

If you spend some cash on one of these old Wheel Horses it's money well spent. I've seen few pieces of machinery that are as affordable, durable, and parts easily available as these trusty little tractors. Dollar for dollar they're pretty hard to beat. Name another piece of equipment with a nearly 40 year span going virtually unchanged. That's 40 years of used parts and accessories just a keystroke away. Rebuild it right and you'll be working it for another 20 years. Good luck to ya!

Well it's taken me 4 months but I finally got my WH looking better. I just have to paint the wheels and get this frustrating 48" mowing deck to level side to side. All new paint and fantastic new decals from VinylGuy! OK, I'm not mucch of a painter so please go easy. Old Pics: Working on the deck: Dash Console duded up: My wife thinks it looks good enough to keep now. I guess she just couldn't show much love to the old look,

Run an add in the wanted section, I see you're in Indiana if you're not to far from MI to drive up to see Kelly I'm sure he has some options for you. I'd start with a wanted ad and by pm'n him if it's not to far to see what options he has for you.

Nice job protecting the original seat as well. Now, I know this could get pricey on ya but if you really wanna make the decals pop ya gotta chrome them rims and use black tire paint on them tires! Maybe even a good chrome paint? Chrome and Old Glory always seem to go together very well.

all you need is any 48 inch deck and switch the caradge to a d series it is a simple thing to do and i think i have about 3 d series parts to do it its only 2 bolts you need to take off and put back on
