Although there are some different ideas floating around as to what purpose the spacers purpose really serve, I believe this will help: They are used as shims to help keep the hitch tight and deter twisting on the rear axle housing.

Wife and I were just sitting around watching the TV this evening. Her cell rang a couple of times and she spoke with "Martha"...a lady that brokers trucks for her at work...no big deal. About 30 minutes passed and my wife says, get you shoes, coat and gloves and head to the barn. When I got outside, Martha had a trailer with 2 complete and 1 parts tractor. One is a 69 or so Raider 12, and the other is a early 70's GT-14. I will get better numbers tomorrow as well as pictures. And to think, some guys have to hide their tractors from their wives, and mine is buying me tractors! OK, here is what I got: 1967 1077....not much here 1969 GT-14 Might be missing some of the 3 point hitch, but I have never seen one, so maybe not! 1971 Raider 12 This one needs a starter....maybe more

The OEM # 9750 is a pretty popular belt for that tractor/thrower combination. It is 69" long by 5/8" wide.

:WRS: I removed the CL link from your post per the but not before I looked at the listing. That thrower will definitely fit your C-120, so the rest is up to you. :handgestures-thumbup:

UPDATE: I called my engine doode (who did the machineing) and Bob he suggested the same thing as you did. I loosened the bearing plate and it made a little difference instead of 23lbs it is now 17lbs on the torque wrench. So I will take out 2 thin spacers in there = 10 thousandths. One thing I did notice today it was 45 deg in the garage and it took 35 lbs of tourqe at first to get it turning. I think a good portion of this is how cold it is in the Garage and the effect it has on the Assembly lube goop? That stuff is thicker than SNOT and it gets thicker with cold. Thats the only thing I can figure. Im going over to PU a gasket in a bit in Elkhart, and I left the garage heat turned to 70deg and put a heat lamp shining on the engine. MJ and I are going shopping later tonight I will try again and see what it takes to turn it over. And Rooster now that I think of it the crank without anything attatched did seem to turn over ok, just somewhere along the way things got tighter and it seems Like possibly the first couple nights I forgot and left the heat turned up in the garage. Last night I ran it down to 45 deg which is the lowest setting on the stat so's thats why I am suspecting temp and thick lube. Anyways Will let ya know how that works, If ya can think of anything Lemme know. ~Duke

Well, I've been looking at these games for some time now, and every one of these games can go either way. The teams should be fairly evenly matched. The only thing I see that stands out is most of the games will be closer to the opposing teams home. Western Michigan vs Purdue is the exception, but with no real advantage. So I am going to pick with my heart and go with a straight Big Ten wins all of their games...The Big Ten wins all of their bowl games. Dang, I got some good drugs from the hospital.

My 2 cents worth, experience with Kohler engines in particular is a big plus.

I found another video of my B-80 and 42 inch snowplow in operation with the rubber chains and headlights working at night:

I have a set on my 314-8 and love 'em. I bought them last year from Micah (Mainedad) and used them the entire snow season. Worked just as well as my 4- link chains, but didn't leave a scratch on the concrete drive, or rust spots on the garage floor. I have them on ready to go now. Just waiting for the snow to arrive... -BK

I like all those attachments you have

I like the way this thread has turned out, and I will say that Craig wins the day with his "attachment". I'm sure his reward was much more than the accolades we can give! Though my wife is not against hopping on the WHs, the fact that one needs to be jumped and the other hot-wired, and the other little tricks has her put off. My new acquisition of an 1987 Deutz Ultima 1920 (Simplicity Sunstar) with hydro everything and a 60" deck has her intrigued. On the other hand, all my boys and now wanting to mow. . . A summer's worth of tilling has me smiling. The amount of dirt that can be moved and what it looks like afterward is real pleasing, even though the 10 Hp 310-8 did struggle with depths over 3" in my clayey soil. Not only that, I got seriously stuck a few times in the mud and having that tiller on made getting unstuck really difficult. Maybe one day we'll get snow again and I can hop on the plow!

I'd have to say my most fun attachment is my own. Not to sound sappy, but really the memories I have of plowing snow on a 401 years ago are a fun "attachment", or the friends & events I've attended around the Wheel Horse (& RS) tractors are a fun "attachment. Out of all the attacments I have though I enjoy mowing more than anything. Next spring I'll have 2 1/2 acrea & I'm really looking forward to that tractor time. (Craigs doesn't look to bad either & atleast there is no snow in those pics)
