    Fires right up. Needs pedal spring. No rust. Minor issue with transmission screw? That ables it to be pushed in neutral?

    Sorry for the confusion. Its the push valve or free wheeling set screw. Goes in reverse fine, doesn't quite want to go in forward. Was running fine, till I had to push it in garage
