Texas Todd 1,025 #1 Posted February 5, 2017 I think I have this right, but want to make sure before I put the cam in. On the governor bar. Does the spacer go against the swelled part and ride on it and the brass plug? The reason I ask is when I tighten down the brass plug the rod won't rotate back and forth.
