bds1984 1,466 #1 Posted July 20, 2016 Well since it seems next to impossible to locate a decent grader/belly blade for less than an arm and leg, I decided to fashion my own blade with a 42" dozer blade I picked up for free earlier this year. I cut the blade in half lengthwise and added a six-inch section to each end to get a total width of 54". Here is my progress.
steelman 252 #2 Posted July 20, 2016 Great ideal! I have an old blade with out the handle and may give this a try.
bds1984 1,466 #3 Posted August 5, 2016 Well I think I am pretty much done with this blade. Not too bad for a thirty dollar investments (paint, bolts, and cutting edge)! Now to test it out!

Horse Digger 52 #6 Posted August 5, 2016 (edited) Yea, great idea, here in Sweden I have never seen much implements för the WH, so finding a grader seems impossible. I made me a snow plow for my small tractor a couple of years ago. Perhaps I should try making a grader, the design looks pretty simple. Attachment should be on rear axle, and hight control at the same lever as used for mower deck, right? Anyone have a picture with dimensions?
